Base pay range
$94.00/hr - $105.00/hr
Key responsibilities
- Own strategy and content production for brand and retail social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and YouTube.
- Develop creative briefs that inspire breakthrough ideas that our creative teams help bring to life across key SMAs.
- Project manage social content production campaigns, including managing external agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Own social marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and track business results to the leadership team and broader organization.
- Strategically support business and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across North American Stores, Creator Growth, PR, creative, media, and analytics teams to scale brand campaigns.
- Research and identify innovative opportunities within new and existing social platforms, production models, and formats to drive efficiencies in reaching existing and new customers.
- Stay continuously informed about audience trends, infusing the brand social space with innovative ideas and content.
Qualifications
- BA or BS in relevant discipline.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in social media.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling software, and extracting metrics.
- A genuine passion for engaging diverse and culture-driving audiences, particularly with a focus on the Gen Z demographic.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing the individual to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across various teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, including experience monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Skilled writer with excellent communication skills, strong project management skills, and an eye for details and creative.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience defining marketing strategy and executional excellence.
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
