The Opportunity

A results-oriented Bilingual Senior Manager of PP&T (Price, Promotion, and Trade) is sought to lead revenue growth and profitability by strategically managing pricing, promotional activities, and trade spend. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to ensure alignment and effective implementation of pricing, trade, and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees ROI pre-assessment using sales forecasts to guide strategic resource allocation and investment decisions
  • Develops and executes pricing strategies by aligning with the product management team to set prices across channels, optimizing price points
  • Analyzes market trends and competitive pricing to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Develops and implements promotional strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences
  • Monitors and evaluates promotional performance for adjustments based on performance and market trends
  • Develops trade strategies and plans with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align with growth and profit objectives
  • Optimizes trade spending by analyzing trade promotion executions to improve ROI and influence key customers
  • Present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and influence decision-making

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in pricing, promotion management, or trade optimization
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategies (cost-based, competitive, penetration, value-based)
  • Experience with analytical tools and methodologies for pricing and promotion optimization
  • Proven ability to lead projects, influence cross-functional partners, and engage senior leadership
  • Korean and English fluency required; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with and managing data warehousing systems for large datasets

Compensation

$103,000 - $175,000 USD
