Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and deliver end-to-end user experiences for digital services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into prototypes and final products.
• Define and implement UX processes, guidelines, and design systems.
• Conduct product inception workshops with product owners to gather and understand requirements.
• Apply design principles, color theory, and typography to create intuitive and user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user research, focus groups, and usability testing to gather feedback and enhance product usability.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Develop branding, style guides, and supplementary assets to support product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design work (wireframes, prototypes, design systems, branding).
• Experience in planning and conducting user research, analyzing data, and presenting insights.
• Solid knowledge of UX best practices, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript to inform design decisions.
• Skilled in storytelling, creating storyboards, mood boards, and communicating design concepts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility.
