About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior UI/UX Designer to design and shape unique, user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will have a blend of hands-on front-end development experience and strong UI/UX design skills, and a proven ability to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.
You will work in agile teams alongside product managers, developers, copywriters, and other designers. Youll be expected to make deliberate design decisions, back them up with research, and translate user journeys into beautiful, usable interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a great team player, highly collaborative with developers, copywriters, product managers, and UX designers in agile teams.
- Design end-to-end user experiences: wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct in-depth UX research including user persona development, competitor analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Use Figma and FigJam to facilitate ideation, collaboration, and prototyping.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and UI kits.
- Present and defend design decisions based on design principles, product goals, and user needs (e.g., color theory, visual hierarchy, accessibility).
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design standards, and technologies.
- Review front-end implementation to ensure pixel-perfect fidelity and UX quality.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience (2 years in UI/UX design + 2 years in front-end development).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design across web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Fig Jam, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Framer, and Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (preferred).
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to justify design decisions.
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- A problem-solving mindset with a user-first attitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- Motion design, micro-interactions, or video editing experience.
- Familiarity with developer handoff tools like Zeplin, Avocode, or design-token-based systems.
Why Join Us?
- Work on high-impact, innovative products used by global clients.
- A design-driven, collaborative culture that values creativity and quality.
- Competitive salary, flexible working, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Exposure to modern technologies, design systems, and product lifecycle ownership.
