Responsibilities

• Lead by example as Visual Sales Supervisor, managing conflict and supporting the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and support visual presentation standards and business acumen to ensure smooth store operations.
• Collaborate with store team to promote brand showcases, move product, and delight customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of highly successful sales experience.
• At least 1 year of Key Holder or Selling Manager experience in a luxury or service-driven environment with exemplary performance.
• Management and/or employee training experience is a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, and to stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is 19.00 USD – 19.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
