Overview
Sustainable Talent is partnering with Nvidia, a global leader who has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a Technical Writer to support our client\'s dynamic team at the intersection of new technology and user experience. This is a W-2 full-time, contract role based in Santa Clara, CA. We offer competitive pay $70/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc., and provide full benefits, PTO, and an amazing company culture.

What you\'ll be doing
- Collaborate with multiple teams and organization levels, including end users, engineers, managers, and executive staff.
- Build and manage content for internal and external audiences within Hardware Infrastructure.
- Coordinate and consolidate content from multiple tools and ensure consistency across teams.
- Bridge communication gaps between users and teams.
- Set documentation standards for the organization and improve existing content.
- Learn about HPCs and leverage that information to build cohesive content for users and engineers.
What we need to see
- Ability to self-manage workload.
- Capability to work with multiple levels of management, internal users, and external audiences.
- Familiarity with different content architectures.
- Previous experience with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira).
- Experience with Snagit.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor\’s degree or certification in Technical Writing (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work across multiple teams.
- Ability to identify and follow up on content gaps.
- Graphic creation skills.
- Previous experience working with engineering teams.
Ways to stand out
- Familiarity with Confluence.
- Understanding of collaboration workflows.
- Experience applying Information Architecture concepts.
- Experience with Slurm.
- Experience with video editing.
