Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or English, Journalism, or Communication
• 5-7 years of experience in technical writing
• Experience creating documentation for a technical audience
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to read some programming code
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Markdown, and Microsoft Office
• A portfolio or writing samples are highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: Greater Seattle Area $35.00-$42.00. This range is the range we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role and may be modified in the future. Final pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skills, location, and business needs.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
