Amplify is a creator-led global company working with some of the biggest names in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, and fintech. We’re expanding in the U.S. and looking for a Social Media Producer to join our Los Angeles team.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who has a sharp eye for what works (and what doesn’t) on social. You’ll be responsible for producing content that feels native to platforms, working directly with creators, and ensuring the output is consistently fresh, engaging, and on-brand. From TikTok skits to branded content series, you’ll bring ideas to life and make sure our campaigns stand out in culture.

What you’ll do

• Produce, shoot, and edit content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) that feels authentic and platform-native.
• Work closely with creators to brief, guide, and collaborate on content that aligns with brand goals while keeping their voice intact.
• Experiment with formats, trends, and storytelling styles to keep content dynamic and relevant.
• Partner with Account Managers and creative teams to deliver on campaign objectives.
• Manage production timelines and workflows to ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec.
• Monitor performance insights to refine creative output and iterate quickly.
• Ensure all content reflects the Amplify approach: creator-led, innovative, and culturally sharp.

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of experience producing content for social platforms, ideally within an agency, production company, or creator-led business.
• Non-negotiable: experience working directly with creators and a deep understanding of the creator economy.
• Strong hands-on production skills — from concepting and shooting to editing short-form content.
• Comfort with tools and workflows for social production (camera, editing software, social publishing tools).
• A sharp eye for trends, culture, and what makes content resonate.
• Highly organized and proactive, able to juggle multiple productions at once.
• Passionate about creators, content, and pushing boundaries in the social space.
