Cella Inc is hiring: Senior Digital Producer in Toledo

Overview

Location: Toledo, OH preferred; open to Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus. Job Type: Full-time. Compensation Range: $40 - 47 per hour. We are seeking a Senior Producer with strong production agency experience to lead concept-to-delivery initiatives across 3D animation, 2D motion, photo-real rendering, and film. This role blends creative production with project management rigor—ideal for someone who can translate conceptual direction into executable plans, run distributed teams, and keep complex motion/3D pipelines on schedule. Remote considered with occasional onsite.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production across 3D, 2D motion graphics, photo-real renders, and film deliverables.
• Partner with Creative Directors to translate concepts, storyboards, and strategy into executable production plans.
• Build and manage schedules, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships across concurrent workstreams.
• Operate within PM systems (Workfront) and collaboration stacks (Frame.io, CRM) to document plans, track progress, and communicate risk.
• Lead distributed teams, ensuring clear async communication (email, docs, dashboards) for remote contributors.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, feedback cycles, and approvals across enterprise lines of business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years producing within a production company/agency (must-have).
• Demonstrated experience in 3D/2D pipelines (you don’t need to animate—just know how the sausage is made).
• Fluency in production workflows: storyboards → design → animation → render → finish; file handoffs and naming, review protocols, versioning.
• Proven project management chops: schedules, RAID logs, change control, scope/budget management.
• Tool awareness: Cinema 4D, After Effects (team tools), knowledge of 3ds Max for photo-real rendering; familiarity with CAD asset intake a plus.
• Excellent written/async communication for remote collaboration.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience coordinating photo-real product rendering and photo replacement workflows.
• Familiarity with data-viz/presentation storytelling (turning undynamic inputs into engaging motion).

Work Model

Preference for talent who can occasionally be onsite for key weeks/meetings; otherwise remote-first is workable.
