We’re hiring Entry-Level Communications Specialist to support a major AT&T telecommunications campaign in the Spokane area. No previous experience is required — just strong communication skills, a team-focused mindset, and a desire to learn and grow in the telecom and business space.
Our team transforms AT&T’s wireless and internet solutions into clear, compelling messages that boost customer relationships, support sales activity, and drive regional expansion. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who wants to gain real experience in sales communications, customer support, and brand messaging.
What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Communications Specialist: Assist with organizing customer support documentation, internal reporting, and account activity summaries Support daily coordination between sales and customer service teams to ensure message alignment Help create internal and external communications, including talking points, sales materials, and client updates Track updates on service offerings and promotional campaigns to ensure accurate messaging Research market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to improve outreach Work closely with leadership on customer-focused projects and marketing initiatives Help gather team feedback to improve communication effectiveness Learn and apply real-world communication strategies while building your career
