In this role, you will receive hands-on training in both marketing strategy and sales process. You will work to bridge the gap between customers and our services to promote AT&T’s services and ensure a smooth experience.

Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of various AT&T marketing and sales promotional services to customers Connect with customers to expand brand awareness, service offerings and promotions of products Engage directly with potential customers to introduce AT&T products and services and assist with sales orders Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order information Gather market intelligence and customer feedback during interactions to help refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities Respond to basic customer inquiries about products and services Assist with the initial stages of order processing and activation by verifying customer information and preparing necessary documentation.
