Engage proactively & enthusiastically with diverse members of the public, initiating conversations & creating positive, memorable interactions. Inform potential donors and community members about the goals, achievements, and needs of represented charities through compelling stories. Distribute informational & promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, branded merchandise) to raise awareness & encourage further engagement. Clearly and accurately answer questions about the charity's programs and impact, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Identify receptive individuals to generate interest and warm leads for fundraising and sales teams. Assist with the setup & breakdown of event displays, kiosks, & promotional booths, ensuring a professional & inviting brand presence. Collect qualitative feedback & insights from public interactions regarding brand perception & community interest, reporting observations to optimize strategies. Actively participate in daily meetings, role-playing, and training to improve product knowledge, communication, and public engagement. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of represented non-profit campaigns, including their history, current work, and the impact of donations.
