Job Title: Lead II - UX Design Onsite
Location: WOODLAND HILLS
Pay Range: $58/hr - $63/hr
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative
UI/UX Designer
to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in design and front-end development, with a proven ability to create seamless, user-centered web applications. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and leadership to deliver outstanding user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using
ReactJS or AngularJS , ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences. Conduct
user research, usability testing, and data analysis
to inform and validate design decisions. Collaborate closely with
product managers, developers, and stakeholders
to translate requirements into user-friendly designs. Create
wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design systems
to effectively communicate concepts. Stay updated with the latest
UI/UX trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies . Mentor and guide
junior designers , providing constructive feedback and maintaining design quality and consistency. Partner with developers to ensure
design feasibility and accurate implementation . Apply
design standards and best practices
consistently across platforms. Analyze
user data and feedback
to drive continuous improvement in product usability. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in
Design, Computer Science, or related field . 10+ years
of experience in UI/UX design and development with a strong, diverse
portfolio . Proficiency with
Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite , and prototyping tools. Strong expertise in
front-end frameworks
(ReactJS or AngularJS). Hands-on experience with
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Proven ability to conduct
user research and usability testing . Excellent
problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and design thinking mindset . Strong
communication and collaboration
skills to effectively articulate design concepts. Ability to thrive both
independently and in a team
within fast-paced environments. Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
development processes (preferred).
