Position Summary
The Senior Advisor Marketing Manager will be a strategic partner to our network of independent financial advisors, providing expert marketing consultation to enhance their brand presence and drive business growth. This role involves developing and executing tailored marketing strategies, leading educational initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to support advisor success. Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Consultation: Collaborate with independent financial advisors to assess current marketing efforts and develop customized strategies that align with their business objectives. Educational Leadership: Design and lead marketing-related webinars, workshops, and training sessions to educate advisors on best practices and emerging trends. Marketing Audits: Conduct comprehensive reviews of advisors\' websites and marketing materials, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Brand Development: Guide advisors through building or refining their brand identity, including those transitioning from wirehouses or establishing new practices. Resource Development: Create self-service training materials and toolkits to empower advisors in executing effective marketing campaigns. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party marketing vendors (e.g., FMG Suite, Broadridge, Hyperchat), ensuring alignment with advisors\' needs and company standards. Recruitment Support: Assist in marketing efforts relating to recruiting new advisors to Kestra Financial, Kestra Private Wealth Services, and Bluespring. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest marketing tools, platforms, and strategies relevant to the financial services industry. Advisor Engagement Approach
Discovery: Engage in in-depth discussions with advisors to understand their business strategies and current marketing initiatives. Recommendation: Provide tailored marketing recommendations to support business growth and client engagement. Implementation Roadmap: Develop a step-by-step plan outlining prioritized marketing actions. Resource Alignment: Facilitate connections with appropriate marketing vendors and tools to execute strategies effectively. Performance Review: Monitor the outcomes of implemented strategies, offering insights and adjustments as needed to optimize results. Qualifications
Experience: 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on supporting financial advisors within wealth management. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of FMG Suite and familiarity with other marketing platforms and tools. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple advisor and stakeholder relationships and marketing projects simultaneously. Strategic Insight: Experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand development. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for persuasive and influential interactions. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving initiatives and leading by example. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Education
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus. Internal Applicant Policy
