Overview

CORPAY is hiring a Senior Manager of Marketing Technology within the Marketing division, under the branding line of business. You will report to the Chief of Branding and collaborate with teams across the organization. This role is structured to work in a virtual environment. How We Work: CORPAY will set you up for success by providing an assigned workspace in a home office setup and role responsibilities for this position. Responsibilities

Owning Web Reporting: Establishing, managing, and continuously improving web analytics and reporting infrastructure. Provide actionable insights into site performance, campaign impact, and conversion outcomes. Driving SEO and CRO Excellence: Defining and implementing best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to grow traffic and improve user experiences across digital properties. Leading Chatbot / AI Implementation: Overseeing deployment and optimization of conversational tools such as Drift or AI-powered chatbots to enhance lead capture, personalization, and engagement. Vendor & Technology Management: Acting as the primary liaison for marketing technology vendors. Evaluate solutions, manage relationships, and oversee implementation to align tools with business objectives. Contract Ownership & Negotiation: Managing end-to-end Martech contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and vendor performance to ensure cost efficiency and long-term scalability. Contributing to Web Strategy: Partnering with digital, product, and marketing leaders to define website strategy, ensuring KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and lead quality are achieved. Governance & Optimization: Ensuring all marketing technologies and platforms are integrated, compliant, and scalable to support business growth. Translating Design to Technical Delivery: Partnering with the UI/UX team to convert design concepts into clear, detailed technical specifications. Serve as the bridge between creative design and the development agency to ensure pixel-perfect execution, functional alignment with business requirements, and delivery on time and budget. Qualifications & Skills

12+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or related fields within B2B or SaaS environments. Proven track record of building and scaling marketing technology stacks, including analytics, automation, web platforms, and customer engagement tools. Strong expertise in web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.), SEO, CRO, and marketing attribution models. Hands-on experience implementing and managing conversational AI / chatbot solutions (e.g., Drift, Intercom, or equivalent). Skilled in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and cost optimization across SaaS and Martech providers. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate web strategy and Martech investments into measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Technology required; advanced degree preferred. Benefits
