The Associate Manager, Global Brand Marketing will be working on the Hot Wheels Global Marketing Team to assist with setting the global brand strategy and developing marketing plans for regional teams to execute in market. The Associate Manager will focus on the Collectible Cards business and be part of developing and executing strategies that grow brand awareness, drive product launches and engage collectors of all ages. What Your Impact Will Be Support the Hot Wheels Collectible Cards business. Blend marketing, project management and consumer insights skills. Coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, support go-to-market efforts and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure programs are delivered flawlessly and on-brand. Key Responsibilities Brand & Campaign Support: Ensure all brand marketing projects are supported by business strategy, objectives and insights Introduce and present new campaigns, strategies and/or research findings Manage the overarching marketing calendar to drive alignment across global markets Assist in planning and executing brand strategies, product launches and promotional campaigns Support creative development and review of marketing assets across packaging, digital, social and retail Partner with internal and external teams Act as point of contact for brand inquiries and dissemination of brand information and assets Collaborate with global subsidiaries to address global needs and market feedback; support global information needs Consumer & Community Engagement: Identify insights and trends in the collectible cards space; support initiatives to engage collectors and fans GTM Execution: Create cross-functional go-to-market strategies for new product releases; work with cross-functional partners throughout the global marketing plan development and launch process; develop sales and retailer support materials; track launch calendars and manage day-to-day campaign logistics; translate consumer and business insights into strategic marketing briefs Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with key insights; conduct competitive research and market analysis; assist in tracking cultural moments and collector trends; synthesize data inputs to create strategic POVs and ensure narrative integrity; independently complete consumer and competitive research projects and provide recommendations What We’re Looking For 5+ years (3 years with MBA) experience in brand marketing (on brand or agency side), franchise management/marketing, content marketing, or purpose-driven strategy/marketing Thorough understanding of marketing mix and KPIs Experience analyzing data and managing financials Ability to synthesize data and pull insights to create recommendations Strong skills presenting in front of large groups Highly organized, independent and detail oriented with strong follow up skills Strong time management, planning and project execution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid collaborative relationships Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel Don’t meet every single requirement?
