Responsibilities
Develop modern, innovative kitchen and bath design concepts for residential projects. Collaborate closely with clients to transform their vision and goals into exceptional, functional designs. Produce detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications. Oversee and coordinate project execution to ensure quality and design integrity. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in modern kitchen and bath design, with direct client interaction and sales experience. Proven ability to learn from past challenges, adapt quickly, and embrace continuous growth. Strong creative vision with a refined eye for contemporary, innovative design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members. Proficiency in design software such as Vectorworks, SketchUp, or other CAD programs.
