This role supports our entire brand portfolio, including our primary turnkey business, Architectural Fabrication, and our growing distribution channel, Alumination Architectural Products.

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior, experienced marketing leader to provide the strategic vision and direction for our entire marketing function. You are the ideal candidate if you have a deep understanding of the architectural specification sales process and a passion for leading teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sophisticated, multi-brand marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and empowers our sales and specification teams. This is a highly strategic role (60-70% strategy) focused on optimizing our existing plans and guiding a talented team to new levels of success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both the Architectural Fabrication and Alumination brands. Lead, mentor, and provide clear direction to an outstanding team that is already in place.
  • Architectural Specification Generation: Design and manage targeted marketing programs to increase the specification of our products among architects and design professionals. Master and leverage industry platforms like SpecLink, Arcat and others to generate measurable leads.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Oversee and optimize our digital presence (websites, social media) while building new capabilities. Develop and execute a trade show and industry event strategy from the ground up, primarily to support sales growth and brand awareness for Alumination AP.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Serve as a key partner to the sales division. Equip our architect-facing technical team with the collateral, presentations, and design-assist tools they need to win specifications and nurture project leads.
  • Analytics & Performance: Establish and manage a robust marketing analytics framework. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), creating dashboards to demonstrate measurable growth in leads, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
  • Content & Brand Management: Direct a diverse content strategy that serves multiple audiences, from highly technical case studies for architects to dealer enablement kits and product catalogs for our distribution partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record of success in a senior B2B marketing leadership role.
  • Non-negotiable: Demonstrated experience in architectural specification sales leadership or marketing. You must have a deep understanding of how to market and sell to architects, specifiers, and general contractors.
  • Experience managing marketing for multiple brands, business units, or channels with distinct go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
  • Proficiency with key technology platforms, including: Salesforce, SpecLink, Arcat, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
