Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social content strategies that elevate the brands role in book discovery, storytelling, and cultural conversations.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with creators to deliver innovative content that resonates with a global audience.
• Lead campaign development across partner social channelsaligning content with product initiatives, cultural moments, and platform trends.
• Analyze performance metrics and user insights to inform content strategies and continuously optimize execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Marketing, PR, and Editorialto embed social-first thinking into broader brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or creator partnershipspreferably within books, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and nurturing relationships with creators, agencies, and influential cultural voices.
• Proficient in leveraging performance data and audience insights to guide strategy and improve content outcomes.
• Deep familiarity with social media trends and platformsespecially TikTok (BookTok), Instagram, and other emerging channels.
• Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance creative vision with strategic goals.
