Job Title
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions for client needs.
- Select and specify FF&E, and gather pricing, specifications, and lead times.
- Coordinate with consultants and FF&E dealers to develop specifications.
- Contribute to design development phases and align designs with client goals.
- Create plans, 3D renderings, presentation drawings, and finish boards.
- Participate in client meetings and collect programming data.
- Conduct field surveys, document existing conditions, and create Revit models.
- Produce construction document sets according to established standards.
- Participate in submittal processes, addenda sketches, drawing revisions, and permitting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
- 1+ years of relevant post-graduate experience in interior design and FF&E and/or furniture design.
- Proficiency in Revit required.
- Experience with educational, municipal, workplace, or public projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and schematic design.
- Ability to draft construction documentation and details.
- Site survey and zoning knowledge.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
