Job Description

The Position is Hybrid between in person and remote. Must live within 2 hours.

What Youll Do

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
• Design simple graphics, reels, and stories that align with our brand style
• Update and maintain content calendars for both businesses
• Draft and send monthly email newsletters
• Support event promotions (flyers, signage, online ads, community outreach)
• Conduct basic market research on trends, competitors, and local opportunities
• Monitor social engagement and respond to comments/messages
• Assist with website updates and blog posts

What Were Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Creative eye for visuals, copy, and storytelling
• Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, Facebook Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar tools)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing trends
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
• Bonus: Photography, videography, or graphic design skills

We are a Custom Home Builder located in Wisconsin Dells. We build homes from 1,200sqft to 7,000sqft.

We help our clients go from design to move in day.
