Overview Our client, an iconic American clothing brand, is actively seeking a skilled and strategic Associate Manager of Paid Social to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you’ll help drive paid social performance across their various brands. If you're a data-savvy social expert who enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a 6-month to start temporary opportunity.
Remote but must be in the New York or San Francisco area.
Pay: $40/hr
What You’ll Do Support Sr. Managers in managing paid social programs across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
QA campaign assets, run technical health checks, and optimize creative workflow
Track performance and ensure accurate data feeds into measurement models
Partner with creative and organic social teams to source assets for testing
Communicate with internal teams and agency partners to align on seasonal priorities and downtracking issues
What You Bring Minimum 3+ years of paid social experience (brand or agency)
Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest
Strong analytical and reporting skills, detail-oriented
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Deep knowledge of paid social trends and platform best practices
Experience in large retail organizations or complex matrixed environments
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and adapting to shifting priorities
