Starburst is hiring a Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing to drive inbound opportunities for our Mid Market business, driving volume and velocity to Starburst’s business. This strategic role will oversee digital lead generation to scale pipeline and ultimately drive net new logo acquisition. The role will work with an agency to oversee paid media planning, bidding, placement and execution, focusing on typical channels (Google, LinkedIn) and experimenting with new channels to stimulate demand. The Sr. Manager will drive campaign ideation and partner with creative and web teams to continually test and optimize to drive efficiency. This individual will be responsible for programmatic and retargeting, ensuring we meet our audience with the right content at the right time and move prospects through the funnel to sales-accepted opportunities. As a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing you will Develop, plan and implement Starburst’s digital growth strategy to drive inbound, digital-led growth for the company, with a focus on Mid Market and Galaxy product/trial experience. Continuously optimize performance to scale the volume of pipeline while maintaining quality. Partner internally with product and sales to demonstrate strong knowledge of data/AI space. Collaborate with Product to determine the best programs and campaigns and align with the MM Sales leadership team to optimize message/content. Partner with Creative teams to develop campaign assets for each performance channel and execute A/B testing. Work with Revenue Operations to measure outcomes of programs and route leads to SDR/MM teams. Manage paid investments in media and optimize spend across existing tools in the martech stack; explore new AI opportunities and investments. What we look for 7+ years of growth marketing, performance and digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS software Proven success in driving rapid and continual growth over a multi-year period Strong experience in SEO and paid digital execution Clear understanding of audience, segmentation, interest targeting and programmatic Strong command of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS) Self-starters with ownership mindset Continuous learners who leverage AI to accelerate work Creative and critical thinkers who delve into data to drive decisions Strong collaboration across functions to find solutions Travel:

Occasional in-person travel for onboarding, team/offsites, customer engagements, and events Preferred: knowledge of data and analytics platforms Plus: Starburst product offerings and capabilities or related technical ecosystem Where could this role be based? This role could be based in Boston or San Francisco and follows a hybrid model with an expectation of being onsite 2-3 days per week. Compensation and benefits Starburst is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation. Salary range provided reflects targets for candidates across U.S. locations and could include variable compensation such as commission or bonus. All employees receive equity packages (ISOs) and have access to a comprehensive benefits offering.
