In This Role You will lead integrated media planning and buying across a portfolio of key client accounts, overseeing full-funnel media strategies across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels; provide thought leadership, team guidance, and direct client counsel.
Responsibilities Lead the development of holistic, data-informed media strategies aligned with client business objectives
Oversee media planning and execution across all channels, including digital, social, video, programmatic, and traditional media
Manage senior-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic lead
Supervise and mentor a team of Media Supervisors, Planners, and Assistant Planners, ensuring high-quality work and team development
Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Data, and Analytics teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
Guide media budgeting, forecasting, pacing, and performance analysis across campaigns
Drive innovation through testing new media platforms, technologies, and partnership opportunities
Ensure flawless execution, accountability, and optimization of all media campaigns
Represent MRM in senior-level client meetings, internal reviews, and industry events
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
8+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, and buying, preferably within an agency environment
Deep knowledge of media channels, including digital, social, programmatic, and traditional formats
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring talent
Exceptional client management and presentation skills; confident in high-stakes meetings
Proficient in media systems such as Prisma, MediaOcean, Google Ads, DSPs, and analytics platforms
Skilled in data-driven planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving agency environment
A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for media innovation and cultural relevance

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $185,000. The actual offer is determined by factors including experience, discipline, market considerations, and tenure.
