Position Summary The Director of Product Marketing, Caris Assure CGP/MRD will be the primary marketing leader and subject matter expert for the Caris Assure portfolio. This role develops and executes a comprehensive marketing strategy to differentiate the brand, build product awareness, and drive messaging to key target audiences. Responsibilities include leading commercial launch preparations, creating content strategy, and ensuring successful launches with ongoing optimization and measurement. This role reports to the VP of Marketing Product Commercialization. The candidate will set strategic direction for oncology key accounts in oncology centers of excellence and collaborate with an industry-leading team of marketers. The ideal candidate has proven oncology marketing experience and strong presentation and communication skills. Responsibilities
Develop and own marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including brand differentiation, market positioning, and growth targets across the Caris Assure portfolio. Create and maintain content strategy to engage key target audiences and drive messaging. Inform product marketing strategy through VOC insights, audience research, stakeholder input, and market/competitor analyses to highlight differentiation. Prepare for commercial launches: finalize creative concepts, develop content strategy, and create launch collateral for multiple channels. Partner with the VP of Product Marketing Commercialization to develop long-term product roadmaps and collaborate with product, sales, training, clinical, regulatory, and other teams to achieve goals. Collaborate with R&D, Medical, Sales, Digital, and other stakeholders to enable holistic messaging and achieve shared revenue and KPI targets. Define targeting, launch prioritization, and lead sales training on materials, content, and playbooks in partnership with sales. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, science, or related field. 8+ years in oncology and biopharma marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role; prior healthcare experience is a plus. Product upstream marketing experience for an oncologist/patient-facing physician audience in biotech, medical device, or similar industry. Experience launching and supporting products, leading a product marketing team, and owning product portfolio strategy and marketing content. Experience managing agency relationships, priorities, and budgets; ability to collaborate across functions. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); strategic problem-solver with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage internal stakeholders to support product enhancements, launches, and customer engagement; success delivering growth through customized campaigns by customer segments. Strategic thinker who can translate business complexities into a compelling customer value proposition. Effective communicator comfortable presenting to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred. Clinical knowledge or understanding of oncology with marketing product launch experience is a plus. Physical Demands
