What You Will Do

Employee Communications: Lead the creation of clear, engaging, and inspiring communications that connect employees to our mission, culture, and strategy. Share updates through Slack, email, and other channels. Partner with Marketing to design visuals/graphics that bring stories to life. Support content and logistics for company all-hands and leadership communications

Employee Experience Programs: Design and deliver memorable global engagement initiatives and events (virtual and in-person) that foster connection, belonging, and joy for both office-based and remote employees. Partner with HR and office managers to bring moments that matter to life

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to align messaging, programs, events, and cultural initiatives. Act as a connector across teams to ensure our communications and employee experiences feel consistent, inclusive, and meaningful worldwide. This includes close collaboration on event and content planning related to executive leadership meetings, revenue kickoffs and similar activities.

Recognition & Culture Initiatives: Own “Best Places to Work” submissions and other recognition opportunities. Coordinate communications, reminders, and engagement surveys to celebrate achievements and highlight the moments that matter in our culture

Program Management: Develop timelines, track milestones, and measure success across employee experience and communications projects. Provide reporting on event outcomes, engagement, and cultural impact

Onboarding & Early Engagement: Collaborate with HR to enhance the first touchpoints of the new-hire journey. Examples include welcome messages, buddy program communications, and cultural resources that help new hires feel supported, valued, and connected from day one

What You Will Bring With You

Proven experience in employee communications, internal comms, or employee engagement — ideally within a SaaS or fast-paced technology environment

Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels while keeping communications human and inspiring

Experience with program management and event planning for global and diverse teams a must

Comfort working cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders

A passion for people and culture, with a genuine love for creating communications and experiences that connect, inspire, and make employees feel valued

Creative mindset; design/visual communication skills are a plus

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between 139,800 and 174,800 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
