Social Media Content Producer for Massage Envy Franchising LLC. This role is located in Scottsdale, AZ with hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation:
- Developing and producing a variety of social media content, including videos, reels, carousels, GIFs, and graphics.
- Produce, test, and optimize multimedia content to increase engagement across platforms.
- Design and produce visual assets for social media including graphics, video, GIFs and photography.
- Plan and execute video shoots, live streams, and photography projects in collaboration with the Social Media & Brand Reputation Manager.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to develop on-brand post copy and design assets that resonate with audiences.
Content-Planning and Scheduling:
- Contribute to the ongoing management of the organizational social media content calendar.
- Develop and approve content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok, aligning goals with the reporting manager.
- Use insights, data and creativity to produce multi-channel social media plans that support digital content strategy, projects, and campaigns.
- Work with the franchise network to capture and curate localized, field-specific content.
Content and Channel Innovation:
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and topics to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inspire innovative content strategies.
- Share insights with the team to enhance content production.
Performance Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance, producing regular reports on key metrics and campaign outcomes across channels.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and optimize social media strategies.
- Provide feedback on performance metrics and recommend ways to enhance engagement and community interactions.
Campaign Execution & Collaboration:
- Support the development of multi-channel social media plans that align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party collaborators on campaigns and special projects.
- Execute individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in film, videography, graphic design, digital marketing, journalism, communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in videography, social media marketing, or digital content production.
- Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest) and associated tools (e.g. Facebook Insights, Sprout Social). Strong proficiency with content creation tools, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
- Demonstrated ability to create content that balances creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and articulate insights from analytics.
- Comfortable traveling to franchise locations and participating as on-camera talent, as needed.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and embraces innovation.
- A passion for digital storytelling and a deep understanding of social media audiences.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and external partners to execute campaigns.
- This is a hybrid position with two in-office days and one flexible day per week based on business needs.
