Job Responsibilities Sales and business development in security industry developing and managing key accounts. Drive sales of video and solution system products to new and existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, support) to ensure smooth project delivery. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client documentation. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Account Strategy Development and Growth Identification abilities Strong Communication and Negotiation skills Experience in the relevant industry preferred Business travel if required.
