Revit and CAD production
, following established design standards, practices, and policies.
Responsibilities Assist with calculations, design, and CAD drafting for schematic, design development, and construction documents. Prepare plans for new or modified systems. Produce layout diagrams, schematics, and construction documents using CAD and Revit. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to coordinate project documentation. Ensure compliance with design and drafting standards and quality requirements.
Qualifications Proficiency in
Revit and AutoCAD
with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Experience in
structural design-build
projects. Background in drafting for the
engineering/architectural field
, including preparation of construction documents. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within engineering and architectural disciplines. Strong skills in analysis and design of engineering elements. Demonstrated ability to complete design and drafting projects successfully. Effective communication skills and sound judgment. Experience collaborating in a team environment. Commitment to quality service and technical excellence. Project experience in
Commercial, Senior Living/ILF/ALF, and Mid-rise
developments, including new construction and renovation.
