Livestream Studio Manager
to oversee daily studio activities, manage schedules and staff, and help drive new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Studio Operations:
Oversee day-to-day livestream studio activities, ensuring smooth production schedules and operational efficiency. Staff Management:
Coordinate livestream hosts, producers, and support staff; manage scheduling, shift rotations, and daily responsibilities. Quality Control:
Maintain high production standards across all livestreams, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues in real-time. New Customer Acquisition:
Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive viewership, engagement, and TikTok Shop conversions. Performance Tracking:
Monitor livestream KPIs (viewership, engagement, GMV), prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Talent Relations:
Support creator/affiliate onboarding and coordinate studio time to maximize output. Process Optimization:
Implement systems for scheduling, communication, and reporting that keep the studio running at scale.
