This position requires a combination of marketing expertise and graphic design skills to create engaging content that drives sales and builds brand awareness.
What You Will Do
Execute the distribution of promotional messaging for Jushi’s retail brands (Beyond Hello, NuLeaf and Nature’s Remedy).
Create digital content that engages customers and drives sales.
Design email, SMS/Push campaigns, social media posts, and other digital marketing materials.
Maintain the retail brand’s online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
Identify target audiences, create tailored marketing campaigns, and track effectiveness.
Work closely with the creative, retail and commercial teams to understand needs and create marketing campaigns that drive sales.
Collaborate with creative, retail and commercial to design and fulfill in-store signage and other needs.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in marketing and graphic design.
Excellent design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Knowledge of the cannabis industry and related regulations is a plus.
Experience with web design and digital marketing is a must.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years’ experience in developing creative campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop original content.
Ability to develop content that provokes engagement and demonstrates creativity.
A passion for the cannabis industry and a willingness to work in a startup, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner.
Must pass a criminal background check.
