What you will do
Share your Sony enthusiasm: delight store associates and customers with demonstrations that showcase Sony's innovative technology.
Help customers make informed choices: use effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations on portable audio gear.
Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals: proactively address customer objections and drive purchases.
Educate and train store personnel: equip them with Sony knowledge for confident sharing.
Post-shift reporting: complete surveys with feedback for continuous improvement.

Paid training: learn Sony products comprehensively.

Qualifications / What we are looking for
Sales savvy: previous sales experience is a plus.
Energized communicator: ability to build relationships and convey passion for audio and music.
Reliable transportation: commuting to the local Best Buy store.
Availability: able to work the required Friday through Sunday shift schedule.
Strength and stamina: ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Tech-ready: comfortable with daily reporting on a smart device.
