We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Membership & Loyalty Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that grow our paid membership program, reduce churn, and deepen customer engagement. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to turn customer insights into high-impact campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive membership acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Lead paid loyalty and membership marketing initiatives across digital, in-store, and local channels.
Use customer data and analytics to identify behavioral trends, segment audiences, and personalize messaging.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Analytics, Creative, Product) to align marketing with customer experience.
Launch and optimize campaigns that support customer lifecycle management, including onboarding, engagement, and win-back.
Monitor and improve key metrics such as churn rate, renewal rate, and program participation.
Support category marketing efforts to promote service tiers (e.g., express, interior clean, premium packages).
Champion a test-and-learn approach using A/B testing and performance analysis.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
5+ years of experience in membership marketing, loyalty programs, or customer retention. Preferably in retail, subscription, or service industries.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
Experience using data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable managing budgets and tracking ROI.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to support field operations and campaign execution.
