Medallia is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for our AI and analytics innovations. This high-impact, high-visibility role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — shaping how we bring powerful, data-driven capabilities to market and communicate their value to customers, prospects, and partners. You’ll be responsible for messaging, launches, sales enablement, content creation, and overall positioning of our AI-driven insights and analytics capabilities. Experience in AI or analytics is a plus; curiosity, clarity, and communication are a must. We’re looking for a compelling storyteller, a confident presenter, and a self-starter who treats their work like their own business. Responsibilities

Develop crisp, differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with technical and business audiences across industries, clearly articulating our differentiation in the marketplace. Lead go-to-market strategy for product and feature launches, collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and customer success. Create and deliver enablement that equips Sales, Services, and Partners to confidently communicate the value and differentiation of AI and analytics capabilities. Craft clear, engaging content for a range of use cases — from decks and one-pagers to web copy and competitive battlecards. Educate and enable Medallia customers and end users on how to maximize the value of our AI- and analytics-powered capabilities. Represent Medallia as a thought leader in executive briefings, client engagements, industry events, and analyst discussions. Contribute to analyst briefings, helping analysts understand and accurately represent our AI and analytics capabilities and strategic direction. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and external audiences, including non-technical buyers. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy. Measure and optimize the impact of product marketing efforts on awareness, pipeline, and revenue. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of product marketing experience for a SaaS product or platform, marketing complex, technical capabilities to diverse audiences Demonstrated storytelling experience taking complex products to tell a compelling and succinct story Experience delivering presentations to executives, clients, and conference audiences Project management experience including juggling multiple initiatives Experience building cross-functional alignment across product, sales, marketing and services teams Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing AI, data, or analytics products (or similarly technical domains) Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling, business-oriented narratives for diverse audiences Background in customer experience, employee experience, or enterprise feedback management Strong understanding of sales cycles, GTM frameworks, and value-based marketing best practices Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with cross-functional collaboration Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to prioritize high-impact work and meet deadlines without compromising quality Risk identification, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication aptitude Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives forward Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Compensation and Benefits

Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $133,600 - $205,000. Salary decisions depend on scope, experience, location, skills, and other factors. Medallia offers competitive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability insurance, life and AD&D insurance, statutory leaves, paid parental leave, and paid holidays.
