Summary Yelp is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to lead a high-performing team focused on enabling data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support lifecycle and revenue goals. This leadership role will drive alignment between marketing strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision, efficiency, and measurable impact on lifecycle revenue goals. You will oversee campaign planning, sprint management, and execution workflows, while identifying opportunities to optimize processes, implement automation, and enhance team productivity. Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua, Braze, Pardot), strong project management, and change leadership are critical to success. What you'll do:

Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on campaign enablement, aligning efforts with lifecycle revenue goals while fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.

Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment on requirements, and strong stakeholder relationships to drive shared objectives.

Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including sprint planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, and progress tracking to ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, requirements, and timelines, review and refine campaign solutions for technical feasibility, efficiency, and smooth handoff to execution teams.

Stay updated on evolving marketing technology ecosystems and best practices to drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.

Monitor email campaign deliverability, maintain benchmark documentation, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Continuously evaluate workflows to identify automation opportunities and streamline campaign delivery, enhancing team productivity.

Collaborate with the campaign execution team to ensure accuracy, resolve issues through root cause analysis, and drive process improvements for seamless execution.

What it takes to succeed:

Extensive experience in marketing automation (SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua, Braze, Pardot), including long-standing leadership and team management.

Ability to articulate complex technical information in accessible, business-focused language to support informed decisions at all levels.

Experience aligning platform capabilities with stakeholder expectations to deliver scalable solutions.

Strong background in marketing strategy, project management, customer journey deployment, with emphasis on platform expertise.

Proven project management skills with experience designing and implementing process improvements through change management while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Hands-on problem solver with a passion for marketing technology and data-driven innovation, combining technical skills with practical problem-solving.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

What you'll get Compensation range is $140,000-215,000 annually. Depending on role and level, a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits may be offered. This opportunity can be fully remote in locations across the US. See Yelp's five-star benefits for more information.
