$161,000.00/yr - $172,500.00/yr Work location & policy

This is a hybrid role based in Boston, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. What You’ll Do

Define & Drive Roadmaps: Partner closely with business stakeholders to create roadmaps that balance platform scalability with delightful customer experiences. Build for Both Internal Users & Our Customers: Translate the needs of both Wayfair customers and internal teams into requirements that improve workflows & on-site experiences. Product Requirements & Delivery: Author PRDs & collaborate with design and engineering to deliver new features, enhancements, and platform capabilities that support promotions & pricing. Own Promotion & Offer Enablement: Support & optimize the tools, systems and processes that enable Wayfair’s biggest promotional events, ensuring reliable execution by the business and continuous improvement. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Leverage qualitative & quantitative insights to identify opportunities, break down complex problems, and measure the impact of product initiatives. Full-Stack Product Leadership: Operate across platform & front-end product domains — from backend systems that power promotions to customer-facing experiences that drive engagement. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial partners to align on priorities, deliver results, and advocate for the promotions & pricing experience within the broader Wayfair ecosystem. Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce or platform products. Proven track record of building & scaling impactful platform & customer-facing products. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data (SQL, Looker, BigQuery) to drive decisions. Experience balancing backend platform development with intuitive front-end experiences. Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and agile development practices. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams & business leadership, and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Customer-first mindset & empathy for both customers & internal stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
