We are seeking a seasoned and driven
Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing
to lead strategic marketing programs supporting growth in industrial, scientific, and medical technology markets. This hybrid role (based in New Jersey, with 1-2 days in the office) involves developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns designed to enhance brand awareness, acquire new customers, and accelerate revenue growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will bring proven success in
commercial/industrial marketing , optimizing efforts across digital and traditional channels, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Development & Execution Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, traditional) to grow market share and support global strategy. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital ads, videos, collateral, and tradeshow resources. Leverage marketing technology platforms to execute and measure campaigns. Demand Generation & Funnel Acceleration Build and execute targeted lead-generation programs in industrial/scientific applications (e.g., CEMS, environmental monitoring, chromatography, medical diagnostics). Drive awareness through partnerships, trade associations, and industry media. Create content to improve the full customer journey—from initial engagement through onboarding and post-sale. Incorporate new technology and AI tools to increase efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to align campaigns with field insights and quarterly priorities. Develop compelling case studies that showcase customer success and value delivery. Reporting & Analytics Provide clear reporting on campaign effectiveness and business impact. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategy. Brand Strategy & Customer Experience Strengthen brand presence across digital and social channels (paid and organic). Develop training and enablement tools for sales and distribution partners. Ensure all customer-facing assets (including the company website) are current and aligned to the customer journey. Operational Excellence & Market Awareness Represent marketing across cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to maintain market competitiveness. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in
commercial marketing , preferably within
scientific, industrial, or medical sectors . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in campaign execution, account-based marketing (ABM), SEM/PPC, email marketing, and analytics. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel domestically (2–3 times per year). Preferred Skills
Experience targeting Industrial OEMs, system integrators, and Fortune 500 companies. Proficiency with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management tools. Strong strategic and creative problem-solving ability.
