Intel's Global Communications and Events team is seeking a dynamic and strategic Policy Communications Manager to lead global policy communications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Government Affairs and cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that advance Intel's policy objectives, foster trust with our customers and key stakeholders within all branches of the U.S. Federal, State and Local government, as well as governments worldwide. What You Bring

Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex government, technical, and policy content into compelling stories for diverse audiences. Strong project management with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and under tight deadlines. Flexible and resilient problem solver with strong consensus building skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations. A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for innovative storytelling and communications. A strategic viewpoint that aligns messaging and business objectives with Intel's government, customer, and policy stakeholders. Deep understanding of political topics related to the technology sector. Key Responsibilities

Lead proactive communications of Intel's policy positions through traditional, new, and emerging media. Develop clear, compelling external content for policy initiatives, including key messages, Q&As, talking points, press releases, blogs and social media. Manage public policy issues impacting Intel's workforce, business operations, and communities. Handle complex media inquiries related to policy, proactively shaping our agenda, while reactively crafting response strategies and coordinating cross-functional review and approvals. Build and sustain strong relationships with media professionals and influencers that cover the intersection of business, technology, and policy. Drive integrated communications programs for high-profile announcements and policy milestones. Support sales team in crafting and implementing campaigns and messaging to attract U.S. government customers. Collaborate with third-party organizations, such as industry trade groups, to ensure Intel's policy positions are accurately represented. Monitor and analyze policy trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to inform communication strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, political science, government affairs or related field. 10+ years of experience in government affairs or technology industry communications. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in government communications, Capitol Hill, or U.S. federal administration roles strongly preferred. Previous experience in and strong understanding of the semiconductor industry. Job Details
