Associate Director, Advisory Finance Consulting Services Marketing
KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Advisory Finance Consulting Services Marketing to join our Clients and Markets organization.
Responsibilities
Direct the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital media, social media, events, newsletters, webcasts, podcasts and other content
Project manage multiple marketing programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and business impact of marketing campaigns; report on key findings to marketing, as well as business leadership
Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and optimize strategies in partnership with internal agency and external vendors
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all aspects of marketing
Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing operations, alliance teams, analyst relations, and industry
Provide directions to on- and off-shore support teams for activation and event execution
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent experience in integrated marketing, within a professional services firm or a large enterprise technology/software company is preferred
Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required
Experience with marketing automation tools like Optimizely, and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) is preferred; proven ability to think strategically, develop innovative marketing plans, and translate business objectives into impactful marketing programs
Strong program leadership and project management capabilities, with experience managing complex campaigns and budgets; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, effectively managing to influence decision-making and align marketing initiatives with organizational goals
Deep understanding of campaign planning, digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing analytics; proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is adept at navigating a complex organizational structure
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to completion
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
