Overview
Activities Manager- Sports Illustrated Chicago Resort at Travel + Leisure Co. This role focuses on leading the resort's Activities Department and delivering high-quality guest experiences aligned with company standards. Responsibilities
Manage the resort’s Activities Department and multiple Activities operations. Maintain established cost and quality standards to ensure superior service and maximize profits. Lead the Activities staff by motivating, coaching, and providing leadership. Manage all department financials, including forecasting and budgeting. Create, plan, and implement guest activity programs for the resort. What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certification, Alcohol Awareness Card, Food Server Health Card Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, train and develop staff Ability to work under pressure Computer skills – working knowledge 3-5 years of related experience required Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Generally starting at $78,000 - $81,300 per year. The actual salary will be set based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
