Atlanta, GA Responsibilities
Data Product Strategy: Partner with Business teams, Data Platform Engineering, Data Science, other cross-functional teams, and other product teams to develop and manage the customer data strategy, with an objective to drive value through agile product management principles. Roadmap Planning: Translate data strategy into a roadmap with well-defined, prioritized capabilities and features that realize the product vision and deliver incremental value. Initiatives and Epics Definition and Prioritization: Define key initiatives and epics with a clear prioritization approach to drive cross-functional alignment and enable execution by engineering and other teams. Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive consensus and execution across the product lifecycle; participate in planning to ensure right items are prioritized; provide progress updates to stakeholders and manage disagreements and conflicts. Quality Assurance: Conduct self-testing post development and support user acceptance testing before feature deployment. OKR Management and Performance Monitoring: Own development of team OKRs and monitor progress with relevant metrics; drive accountability across stakeholders. Other Responsibilities: Stay informed on industry best practices and data platform capabilities; ensure documentation and artifacts are up to date; partner with Product Analyst to deliver on committed work. Education and Experience Qualifications
Minimum: 4-Year Degree Preferred: MBA 5 years experience in Product Management working on data platforms or related technology solutions 3 years experience as a team leader 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the customer and marketing data domain with analytics and reporting emphasis Deep understanding of CRM, CDP, consent management, campaign management, and data integration to enable personalization and marketing activation Strong SQL skills to support analytics and engineering needs Experience collaborating with engineering and data architecture teams on data pipelines, APIs, event streaming, and large-scale integrations Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, GA4) Knowledge of data governance, identity resolution, consent management, and compliance frameworks Understanding of machine learning concepts, especially in customer segmentation and marketing models Strong analytical skills to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and influence roadmap decisions Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable solutions Clear and persuasive communicator with strong documentation and presentation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in matrixed organizations and balancing competing priorities Demonstrated ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments with bias toward action and measurable impact Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
