Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will lead the development and creation of content grounded in audience insights that effectively communicate the Fannie Mae narrative. You will help us brainstorm and develop impactful content ideas. You will manage the development process end-to-end to create content that drives audience engagement: from developing research and learning agendas, to collaborating on the creative process with other members of the Marketing team as well as internal cross-functional teams, such as business and legal stakeholders. Lastly, you will oversee content execution in collaboration with our brand and paid media teams. This position has one opening and can be worked from our Washington, DC or Reston, VA office. Responsibilities

Lead the development of multichannel marketing content including website content, display, social media, video, articles, case studies and more, that supports key business initiatives.

Partner with team members and other key stakeholders to develop Fannie Maes brand strategy, including brand architecture, naming, messaging, etc.

Create and manage an editorial calendar to plan and schedule content releases.

Translate data, insights, and trends into actionable content strategies.

Leverage research and data to assess product performance, prioritize areas for continuous improvement, and uncover new ways to meet audience needs.

Clearly present information to both internal and external audiences verbally or in writing in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Includes presentations, copywriting, planning and distributing communications, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Experiences 2 years related experience which demonstrates success delivering content in different marketing channels such as social media, display, email, web, etc.

Deep understanding of social media marketing and analytics to provide clear reporting to inform business objectives.

Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Embraces a fast-paced, agile environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with flawless execution while adhering to tight timelines.

Self-starter who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively solving problems.

Desired Experiences 3-5 years related experience.

Love of test and learn - using research to ground thinking and strategy.

Driven by discovering new opportunities and finding creative solutions to bring innovative concepts and ideas to market.

Ability to rapidly prioritize and respond to changing business needs.

$94,000 - $122,000 a year Qualifications
