About the Job : We’re seeking a Marketing & Sales Director to drive revenue growth, enhance brand presence, and guide our sales, marketing, and e-commerce efforts. This high-impact role shapes the sales strategy, marketing initiatives, e-commerce growth, and team culture, with a strong emphasis on fashion-forward apparel and data-driven results. Duties and Responsibilities : Leadership and Strategy Lead, coach, and mentor sales, business development, and marketing teams to achieve KPIs, sales goals, and performance targets. Develop strategic sales plans, including forecasting and pipeline management, focusing on customer acquisition and LTV. Serve as primary relationship owner for top-tier accounts, ensuring retention, upsell, and growth. Negotiate high-impact partnerships, co-branded initiatives, and B2B collaborations. Set clear goals and maintain alignment with company values and business strategy. Contribute as a core member of the leadership team, shaping company vision, culture, and strategy. Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and data-driven team environment. Participate in key sales calls and pitches; guide team members in developing strong proposals and closing deals. Build and manage the sales pipeline through effective prospecting, conversion, and account growth strategies. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product direction and sales approach. Utilize CRM tools to maintain visibility into account activity, manage follow-ups, and track key sales data. Ensure retention, upsell, and renewal performance targets are met or exceeded. Marketing and Ecommerce Lead brand positioning, PR, corporate communications, advertising, events, and tradeshows. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, retargeting, email, social, affiliates, and marketplaces. Drive content marketing, performance marketing, and customer-centric creative strategies. Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market planning. Optimize overall customer experience to ensure frictionless, brand-aligned interactions. Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategy, managing online sales channels, campaigns, and the customer experience. Track and optimize performance metrics, including conversion rate, email/CRM effectiveness, and ROI on digital marketing. Lead data-driven CRM initiatives to drive personalization, engagement, and revenue. Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with creative, product development, and merchandising teams to align marketing messaging with trends and consumer expectations in fashion and apparel. Collaborate with production and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and order fulfillment for customers. Work closely with analytics and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, billing, and reporting. Provide feedback to leadership on tools, processes, and team performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor team members to develop skills in sales, marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience. Lead by example in living company values and promoting a creative, customer-focused culture. About You : 7–9 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven ability to build and scale fashion or apparel brands across DTC and B2B channels. Deep understanding of apparel product lifecycle, trend cycles, consumer behavior, and omnichannel growth strategies. Demonstrated success in e-commerce growth, including performance marketing, email/CRM, and conversion optimization. Strong creative sensibility with a pulse on industry trends, competitors, and cultural moments that influence fashion consumers. Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and merchandising teams. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Occasional travel required for client meetings, trade shows, or events. Additional Considerations : Wage dependent on experience; base range: $95,000-$115,000 with additional bonus potential Full-time, Monday–Friday, based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. To ensure customer needs are met, this position requires flexibility and may occasionally involve working more than 45 hours per week to accommodate business demands and other responsibilities. Hybrid work option available. Classification: Exempt.
