Position Summary:
TYMCO is seeking an experienced Marketing Design Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of TYMCO Marketing efforts by developing photos, videos and marketing collateral. The goal of the Marketing Design Specialist is to support the TYMCO Marketing Department. TYMCO Marketing is responsible for promoting and selling TYMCO Regenerative Air Sweepers and OEM parts while delivering a high degree of customer service. A position as a Marketing Design Specialist at TYMCO is a challenging and rewarding position. The Marketing Design Specialist will be responsible for clearly communicating to key audiences and promoting a strong brand image through photography and video content for use in both Marketing and Training efforts. Opportunities include writing / editing copy; staging, shooting, editing and completing photos and videos; developing printed marketing materials; develop marketing content for use digitally / online.
Position Responsibilities:
- Understand TYMCO Regenerative Air Sweeper products in order to support the TYMCO Marketing Department and as required, the TYMCO Dealer Network
- Support marketing, sales and customer service functions as directed by both Marketing and Management
- Develop photos and videos to be used in marketing support materials such as brochures, advertisements, technical documents, web sites and training videos as required
- Responsible for staging, shooting, editing, completing and organizing all photos and videos by classifying and cataloging items according to contents and purpose and maintaining records of all digital assets developed
- Develop printed marketing collateral as directed by both Marketing and Management
- Assist with Development of Training Videos - Staging, Shooting, Editing and Completing
- Assist with Development of Tymco.com, E-mail Marketing and Social Media
Desired Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written communication skills
- Communicates clearly in speaking
- Self-motivated individual who is results driven
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Heavy equipment work experience and mechanically-inclined
- Photography and videography pre-production, production and post-production experience
- Page layout and print pre-production, production and post-production experience
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and 3D animation development
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud – Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
