Full-time Reports to:
Senior Producer / Managing Director
About the Role We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, hustle-friendly
Junior Experiential Producer
to help plan and execute brand experiences: from pop-ups and campus tours to large-scale street activations. You’ll support producers end-to-end: scoping, budgeting, vendor wrangling, timelines, permits, onsite ops, and post-event wrap.
Experience with mobile activations using vehicles (food trucks, step vans, trailers, display vehicles) is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do Pre-Production Build production timelines, runs of show, and checklists. Source and manage vendors (fabrication, print, A/V, staffing, catering, vehicles). Draft POs, track budgets, reconcile invoices, and maintain cost trackers. Support permitting and compliance (street activity, health/sampling, fire, DOT/parking). Coordinate creative deliverables (artwork specs, wraps/decals, print proofs).
Client & Internal Coordination Capture requirements, status notes, and action items; keep tech stack system (GSuite, Monday, Hubspot, etc) up to date. Join client calls; circulate recaps and next steps. Partner with design, social/content, and account teams to align on brand standards.
Onsite Execution Advance venues/routes; create pack lists and load-in/load-out plans. Lead setup/breakdown zones; supervise vendors and brand staff. Troubleshoot in real time (weather, power, permits, crowd flow). Uphold safety, ADA access, and sampling/age-gate protocols when applicable.
Post-Event Collect metrics (attendance, samples, engagements), organize photo/video selects. Compile recap decks and insights; document learnings for future tours.
You Have 0–2 years in experiential/events/production, agency or brand side (internships count). Strong organization and follow-through; you live in spreadsheets and checklists. Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors. Willing to work early mornings, nights, weekends. Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with GSuite/Monday/Hubspot or similar. Valid driver’s license a plus.
Extra Points (Nice to Have) Hands-on experience with
mobile/vehicle activations
(food trucks, step vans, trailers), including wraps, generator/power, parking plans, and DOT basics. Knowledge of NYC/major-market permitting (SAPO, FDNY, campus approvals). Basic Adobe/Canva skills for resizing assets and reviewing proofs. Experience with generative AI Experience staffing brand ambassadors and training teams onsite. Comfort with measurement tools (QR flows, foot-traffic counters, surveys).
How We Work Fast-moving, highly collaborative team that values proactive problem-solving. Clear ownership with support from senior producers and check-in cadences. Safety-first mindset and respect for community/venue rules.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
$60,000–$80,000 + bonus Medical/dental/vision, PTO. Travel per diems when applicable.
