Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to assist their staff in New York City! You must be able to work full-time hours through the holiday season / weekends are required.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome all clients and manage traffic flow
• Support the achievement of overall sales objectives
• Support team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients, sales processing)
• Maintain/ organize the stock room
• Replenish the sales floor as needed
• Support client advisors with managing appointments
• Assist with shipping orders & receiving new merchandise
• Support the team with daily operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales required, high-end luxury preferred
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays & standard retail hours
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
