Lead global performance marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels including Display, Paid Media, Search, App Marketing, and Amazon-owned properties. Hire, mentor, and lead a high‑performance team, building a results‑driven culture grounded in experimentation and customer obsession. Manage and drive execution through external marketing agencies Design and execute customer segmentation and cohort strategies, optimizing acquisition campaigns and tracking KPIs like CAC, LTV, activation, and churn. Work closely with the GM of the Amazon Photos business to report on performance of all spend to Amazon VPs and SVPs Be part of the Amazon Photos leadership team with significant influence on business strategy Run continuous A/B tests across messaging, creative, and ad formats to drive acquisition and engagement. Build automated reporting dashboards, performance tracking mechanisms, and data-driven decision frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, analytics, and global finance to launch growth campaigns. Drive innovation by identifying whitespace opportunities and scaling best practices across territories. Qualifications
10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience 5+ years of team management experience Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience managing teams Experience communicating results to senior leadership Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 in growth, performance, or digital acquisition roles. Proven success scaling consumer‑facing digital products at scale, ideally subscription or freemium models. Hands-on experience managing multimillion‑dollar budgets across multiple channels and geographies, with a strong ROI focus. Direct, hands-on experience with DSPs, Paid Social platforms, Google Search/App campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and familiarity with ad-fraud prevention mechanisms/tools Experience in driving the implementation of a robust technology stack (e.g. mobile attribution partner, data segmentation layer) Deep analytical skills; a strong bias toward data-driven decision making (Excel, Tableau, SQL, analytics tools). Excellent cross-functional collaboration experience and influence within matrixed organizations. Experience with app‑first or freemium consumer services (subscription, storage, photo products). Technical familiarity with experimentation tooling, attribution models, and performance analytics (incrementality, user health analysis) Advanced degree (e.g. MBA, Masters) or equivalent quantitative training. The base pay for this position ranges from $147,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
