Senior Product Marketing Manager, Sell-Side and Platform As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead product marketing for our flagship Sell-Side and growing Platform offerings by ensuring effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product launches, and alignment between product management and marketing, sales and customer success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap, ensure GTM readiness, and drive high-impact launches that resonate with target audiences. You’ll position Ironclad’s Sell-Side and Platform products in the market, develop compelling messaging and positioning, and empower our sales teams to effectively communicate the value of our products. Key Responsibilities

Drive Product Launches & GTM Readiness

Own the GTM strategy for Ironclad’s Sell-Side and Platform products, ensuring launches are executed smoothly and effectively across all channels. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure full GTM readiness, including messaging, positioning, collateral, and sales training. Develop comprehensive launch plans covering messaging, positioning, content, sales enablement materials, and training programs to support product adoption. Coordinate timing and execution of product launches to align with broader business and marketing objectives. Create new ways of working such as GTM & Product Councils to align stakeholders and facilitate field feedback.

Influence Product Roadmap

Partner with Product Management to incorporate market needs and customer insights into product development. Provide market and customer feedback to influence feature prioritization and roadmap. Advocate for enhancements that drive customer satisfaction, differentiation, and market leadership. Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Develop Compelling Messaging & Positioning

Create and refine messaging and positioning that articulates the value proposition to target customers. Ensure messaging is consistent and differentiated across channels and sales interactions. Develop buyer personas, use cases, and value propositions for enterprise audiences. Collaborate with content and demand generation to develop engaging content that highlights benefits and drives demand.

Sales Enablement & Support

Provide Sales with tools, resources, and training to position and sell Ironclad’s products. Develop product-centric collateral such as presentations, battle cards, case studies, and FAQs. Support Sales during key conversations with insights into features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Align with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure product capabilities meet customer needs. Partner with Demand Gen and Marketing Communications to develop integrated campaigns for awareness and engagement. Provide market feedback to refine product strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Product Metrics & Performance Analysis

Define success metrics for launches and GTM initiatives. Track performance of product marketing activities, including adoption and sales impact. Provide regular reporting on performance and market learning to leadership.

Qualifications

Experience:

6+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Proven track record of launches, GTM strategy, and sales enablement. Experience collaborating with product management and cross-functional teams to influence roadmaps. Deep understanding of product positioning, messaging, and competitive dynamics in SaaS/tech.

Skills & Competencies:

Strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies. Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in sales enablement and creating effective collateral and training. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions. Collaborative with ability to influence across departments.

The actual base salary offered will depend on factors including proficiency, anticipated performance, and location. Our base salary is part of Ironclad’s total rewards package, which includes equity awards and comprehensive benefits.
