Responsibilities
- Direct large-scale, consumer-facing creative campaigns and seasonal programming from concept through final delivery.
- Work as the primary contact with external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors to ensure seamless, on-time execution.
- Supervise and mentor an in-house design team, balancing workloads and elevating creative output.
- Manage the design queue and internal project flow, optimizing resources and aligning priorities with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content, event concepts, and promotional strategies.
- Lead special projects and high-visibility initiatives that support broader marketing and business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
- 6+ years of senior-level marketing project management or agency experience.
- Proven track record overseeing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative leadership style.
- Proficiency in project management tools (experience with Monday.com is a plus).
- Ability to travel occasionally for important meetings and events.
