Who We Are Looking For

• Concept, shoot, edit, and maybe appear in or provide VO in TikTok's/Reels/YouTube Shorts for various brands.
• Apply consistency and continuity of brand across a variety of deliverables in the design and layout of client projects.
• Have technical ability to operate a lean production with lights, editing software, and other tools to create engaging content.
• Brainstorm and collaborate with a social team that includes social strategy, creatives, producers, and others who are part of the team.
• Own “concept decks” (some working knowledge of PowerPoint) that help sell ideas, including script writing, rough storyboards, and mood boards.
• Stay plugged into social media trends and adapt brand voice to fit each platform authentically.

What You'll Need

• A bachelor’s degree, with design and advertising emphasis preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in an agency setting.
• Background in design or motion graphics to create visuals for content, or a background in photography to enhance video polish.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package. $45,000 USD - $90,000 USD
